FIRE AT RANGIORA.

A six-roomed wooden house on the West Belt, Rangiora, owned and occupied by Mr C. E. Lindsay, was destroyeed by fire yesterday afternoon. There was no one at home at the time, and when the flames were first noticed they had a strong hold. The property being situated outside the borough, the Fire Brigade was not called. The insurances are held by the New Zealand and Guardian offices.
