Decline in Expenditure and Receipts. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, June 30. Railway figures for the four-weekly period ended May 28 and for the financial year to date, as gazetted to-night show the following position:

During the period revenue declined by £63,325, and expenditure by £65,613. thus increasing the net revenue by £2288 when compared with the figures of last year.
