Magistrate Dislikes Use of Term. “ That is becoming a very stereotyped plea, and I do dislike counsel raising the point,” remarked Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., this morning, when counsel said that an accused man came from a good family “All I can say is that if he comes from a good family he should know better,” added the Magistrate. “If a man is down and out he has my sympathy, but I have no sympathy for a man who comes of a good family.”
