ANNUAL COURSE.
Farmers Attend Lincoln College. Farmers, drawn mainly from Canterbury, but including visitors from as far south as Mosgiel, are attending the annual course at the Canterbury Agricultural College at Lincoln this week. The course began on Tuesday and will continue for ten days, with seven days devoted to lectures and two to demonSpecial attention is being given to lectures in farming under present day conditions. A new departure this year is that those attending the course have been invited to stay at the College, and of the twenty-two taking the course, fourteen have taken advantage of this. A dairyman’s course opened to-day and will be continued with four days of lectures and two of demonstrations. The lectures are common to both courses., A stock agents’ course will be held at the end of next month.
