FAMILY’S SUICIDE PACT.
United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. VANCOUVER, June 1. Mathilda, the wife of Senor Carlos del Rio, a wealthy Argentinian, who conducted a lingerie shop at Brooklyn, died yesterday. Her utterly disconsolate husband and four daughters wrote a note explaining that life had no further appeal for them. “We shall be crazy without you, mother.” They and the father then closed the windows and doors and turned on the gas. All will be buried with the mother.
