BREACH ALLEGED.
A claim for £3OO for alleged wrongful dismissal and a breach of the Apprenticeship Act was made by Walter Raymond Hobbs, an apprentice, of Christchurch, against David Crozier, Ltd., motor importers and engineers, in the Civil Court this morning. Mr H. P. Lawry, S.M., heard the case. Judgment was given for the plaintiff for £SO and costs.
