Will Assist at Shanghai Peace Parley. HER POLICY UNCHANGED. United Press Assn. —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. WASHINGTON, March 5. The State Department has semiofficially announced that the United States will co-operate with the League Assembly to liquidate the military situation in Shanghai. However, the department has emphasised the point that the move means no repudiation of the Government’s policy.
