Stating that the case was one in which the veil could not be lifted and that any definite finding would be a mere matter of speculation the Coroner, Mr Bartholomew, S.M., returned an open verdict at the adjourned inquest tc-day on Robert Joseph Norman and his wife, Lydia May Norman, whose bodies were found in a gas-filled room at their residence, Fingall Street, South Dunedin, on Tuesday last.
