OLD MAN’S DEATH. (Continued from Page 7.) Dr L. C. Averill said that death resulted from a frficture of the skull. Alan J. Luxton said that he saw an old man crossing the road, and slowed down, intending to pass behind the man. Gill stopped, and witness tried to pass in front of him. Gill then suddenly ran forward, and the collision occurred.
