AUCKLAND, September 2. 44 When she was taken into custody yesterday £230 was found in the toe of her shoe,” said DetectiveSergeant Kelly in the Police Court, when Ann Mary M’Guinness, alias Sudwin, aged forty-eight, a cook, was charged with stealing £382 in money. Accused was remanded.
