Charles Henry Rochester, a labourer, aged fifty-two years, a second offender for drunkenness, was to-dav convicted and fined 20s and costs, in default forty-eight hours' imprisonment. Ethel Esther O’Malley, a domestic, aged forty-seven, a third offender for drunkenness, was sentenced to fourteen days' imprisonment.
