WEST OF ENGLAND SOCIETY HAVE DANCE AND SOCIAL.
The Canterbury West of- England Society held a dance and social at the Orange Hall on Thursday evening. The hall was comfortabl}'- filled and many new members were enrolled. Mr A. Shinner (president) presided. Mr Yardley’-was M.G. ; E.‘; L. Broad was £nif-oId; and. n£\V;cfa rices wete bbjoyed,. . Remembrances 'relating to the Old Country were exchanged by various members. . Amongst those who gave items were Mr Broad, Mr Howard, Miss Ray Shinner and Mr Cox.
