MAGISTRATE’S COURT SITS AT LYTTELTON.
Messrs F. E. Sutton, J.P., and W. T. Lester, J.P., presided at a sitting of the Lyttelton Magistrate’s Court this morning. Frederick Byrne, a third offender for drunkenness, was convicted and discharged on condition that he took out a prohibition order. John M’Millan, a second offender for drunkenness, was convicted and fined 20s.
