DECREE ABSOLUTE GRANTED TO WOMAN.
EX-HUSBAND TO PAY WEEKLY MAINTENANCE. In the Supreme Court to-day, Mr Justice Kennedy granted the petition of Dorothy Gertrude Sutton for a decree absolute dissolving her marriage to Walter Amsley Sutton, and also made an order giving the petitionercustody of the two children of the marriage and permanent maintenance for herself and the children, at the rate of 30s a week. On the question of access to the children by the respondent, leave was granted to either party to apply to the Court at any time upon giving seven days’ notice. The respondent was ordered to pay costs amounting to £5 5s and disbursements. Mr Thomas appeared for the petitioner and Mr Twyneham for the respondent.
