ROAST RABBIT.
(Forcemeat.) (By Miss M. Cress, Demonstrator, MED. Bread soaked in milk or water, £ pint, of breadcrumbs Jib, Chopped parsley, one tablespoon. Chopped suet, one tablespoon, Salt, one teaspoon. Pepper, quarter teaspoon, Thyme, quarter teaspoon, Fresh lemon peel cut small, one strip, Egg or milk to bind. METHOD: Put all ingredients in a basin, mix well together; do not make too wet.
