TWO SOLICITORS ARE STRUCK OFF ROLLS.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, March 31. The application of the New Zealand Law Society for an order striking Frank Fabian Wills, of Wanganui, solicitor, off the rolls of practising solicitors of the Dominion, came before the Court of Appeal this morning. Mr von Haast, for the Law Society, stated that practitioner, on December 18, 1930, was sentenced by the Supreme Court to three years’ imprisonment for misappropriation. An order was made striking practitioner off, and costs, £ls 15s, were allowed the Law Society. A similar order was made against Harold John Moule Thomson, of Inglewood, solicitor, who failed t oretain in f asu m °f approximately £2ooo belonging to clients. In this case also, costs, £ls 15s, were allowed the Law Society.
