OFFENDERS UNDER THE TRAFFIC REGULATIONS.
Mr E. D. Mosley, S.M., presided over a sitting of the Magistrate’s Court this morning. William Gordon Chappell was fined 10s and costs for parking a car over the time limit. Henry Peter Donaldson (Mr Brown) was fined 10s and costs for not having an endorsed certificate of registration. James Hill (Mr Stacey) was fined 10s and costs for failing to notify change of ownership of a vehicle. Thomas Green was fined 20s and costs for driving an unregistered motorcycle. Louis E. Laugesen (Mr Simes) was fined 5s and costs on each of two charges of driving an unlicensed omnibus and failing to keep an indication disc affixed. Hugh Joseph M’Tcigue was fined £2 and costs for driving an unlicensed motor lorry, under the Heavy Traffic Regulations.
