DRY LAW DECLARED TO BE CONSTITUTIONAL
U.S. COURT OF APPEALS ANNOUNCES DECISION.
(United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Received January 6, 11.30 am.) NEW YORK, January 5. The United States Circuit Court of Appeals to-day held that the Eightenth Amendment had been constitutionally adopted. The Court thus took a view contrary to that of Federal Judge Clark, of Newark, New Jersey, who recently declared that the Amendment was unconstitutional.
