BROKEN HILL MINERS REJECT OWNERS' TERMS

At Broken Hill, a large meeting of members of the Workers’ Industrial Union almost unanimously rejected the mining company’s terms for the resumption of work, and decided to call all members out on strike. Five thou* sand men are involved. Many engaged in other industries are also affected.
