LANCASHIRE MILLS MAY HAVE TO CLOSE DOWN.
(United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) LONDON, December 31

The decision threatens a serious stoppage in the cotton industry on Monday, which will result in the whole trade being brought to a standstill in a few weeks.
