LICENSING COMMITTEE APPROVES OF TRANSFERS
The quarterly meeting of the Christchurch Licensing Committee was held this morning: present—Mr H. A. Young, S.M. (in the chair), Messrs H. H. Wauchop, W. Dobbs and G. E. Franklin. The following transfers were approved: New Albion Hotel, E. J. Costello to Jack Roland Morris; Sandridge Hotel, M. Scollard to Charles E. Humphries; Grosvenor Hotel, John S. Barton to Henry White Swan Hotel, Ralph C. Sierakowski to S. Massetti. Permission was granted for the name of the Rotherfield Hotel to be changed to the Gresham Hotel.
