A Canterbury Team.
To the Editor. Dear Sir,—l wonder if you would put it your correspondence column a suitable team to represent Canterbury this year at cricket. This is my selection:—Kerr, Jacobs, Roberts, Cromb, Pape, Talbot, Lester, Merritt, Dorreen, Read, Cunningham, and Craw-' ford, twelfth man. Dorreen is quite a good bat as well as a good wicket-keeper. In my opinion, Jacobs, Roberts, Kerr and Merritt have a good chance of going to England.—l am, etc., OLD CRICKKT-ITE.
