A “Gazette” notice to-night announces the following appointments to the First and Second Divisions of the Court of Appeal:— First Division —Sir Michael Myers, Sir Alexander Lawrence Herdman, Hon William Cunningham Macgregor, Hon Archibald William Blair and the Hon Robert Kennedy. , Second Division —Sir Michael Myers, Hon John Ranken Reed, Hon Alexander Samuel Adams, Hon Henry Hubert Ostler, and the Hon David Stanley Smith.
