At Wellington to-day, Ernest Holloway pleaded guilty and was committed for sentence to-day on a charge of breaking and entering Bowden, Bass and Cox’s counting house with intent to commit a crime. An inquest was held in Wellington today into the death of Isaac Simmonson, whose decomposed body was found floating in the harbour on November 15. The coroner said that he was satisfied that the body was that of Simonson, who was sixty years of age. Death was caused by a wound in the throat, probably self-inflicted on or about November 8.
