TINY VESSEL REACHES SYDNEY FROM AUCKLAND
(Received November 26, 10.5 a.m.) SYDNEY, November 26. A week out from Auckland the tiny steamer Pukeko reached Sydney with a cargo of pumice. During the voyage rough seas were encountered, buc they did not distress, or even delay, the vessel. The small-powered wireless apparatus did not prove equal to the task of keeping in touch with the port of departure or the vessel s destination.
