WEDDING.

CHRISTENSEN—MANSON; St Paul’s Presbyterian Church, Cashel Street, was the scene of a wedding recently, when Agnes Jessie, third daughter of Mr J. Manson and the late Mrs Manson, of Tangarakau, was married to James, younger son of Mr and Mrs M. Christensen, Marton. The Rev W. Bower Black officiated. The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a frock of ivory satin with slim fitting bodice, long pointed sleeves and fully flared skirt falling to the ankles. Her veil of embroidered tuile 'was worn off the face and caught across the head and at the sides with orange blossom buds. She carried an j armlet of choice white flowers. Powder blue georgette attractively patterned in autumn tones was the choice of the bride’s sister, Mrs 11. T. Watters, the matron of honour, and Miss Maureen; Campbell, the attendant maid.
