Members of the South Island Unemployed Federation addressed a meeting of watersiders at Lyttelton this morning. Mr W. H. Bayard presided, and between two and three hundred vat.ersiders attended the meeting, which was held in the open outside the Coronation Hall. The speakers included Mr Brian O’Donnell, and Mr J. Jeffreys, of Dunedin, and Mr H. L- J3arnsley, who spoke on similar lines to the address delivered in Victoria Square yesterday Mr Jeffreys stressed the point that not only were thev out for the re-
