“STAR” FREE INSURANCE IS RENEWED TO-DAY.

LIBERAL BENEFITS TO REGULAR READERS

I or the fourth successive year the Christchurch “Star” is offering to its registered readers a scale of free insurance benefits unprecedented in New Zealand.

The “Star” does not carry its own insurance; it insures its readers with the Prudential Assurance Companv, with a capital of £220,000,000 at its back.

Husband and wife are both covered by one subscription and registration. If both were killed in a railway accident, their dependents would immediately receive £4OOO.

Motorists or persons riding for pleasure in a car are covered to the extent of £250.

All former benefits remain, and fresh registration is not necessary in the case of registered readers.
