LEGISLATION CUT DOWN BY PRIME MINISTER.

BRITISH PARLIAMENT MAY CONCLUDE SHORTLY

(United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.)

He hoped it would be possible to conclude the session by the end of July.
