ELEVEN KILLED IN TRAIN DISASTERS IN CANADA .
Coaches Plunge Into Vermillion River When Train Is Derailed . (United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.} (Received June 28, 9.15 a.m.) OTTAWA, June 27. A message from Toronto states that four were killed and twelve injured when Canadian National Railways train No. 4, bound from Winnipeg to Toronto, was derailed near Capreol (Ontario) on Thursday night by a washout as a result of unprecedented flood conditions. The tourist and colonist coaches were plunged into the Vermillion River. The four dead are children, who were travelling from Saskatown to Toronto. A later casualty list shows that twenty-one were injured. The fireman of freight train No. 401 from North Bay was killed when the train ran into another washout sixteen miles from Capreol. Six trespassers, who presumably were riding on the train, were killed. They have not been identified.
The total of the dead in the two wrecks is eleven.
