Seville Pudding. Ingredients:—Three ounces of breadcrumbs, three ounces of flour, four ounces of shredded suet, one lemon, rind and juice, one egg, half a teacupful of milk, two tablespoonfuls of golden syrup. Grate the lemon rind and mix this with the flour, suet and breadcrumbs. Then add the egg, lemon juice and syrup. Lastly add the milk. Beat all together thoroughly, pour into a buttered basin and steam for two hours.
