To the Editor. Dear Sir, —Why do idle youths choosi the Cathedral fence to sun themselves upon? These people on the sidewalks are an embarrassment to women. The tramway shelter on the other side has frequently, been a pet resting place for people who “just sit and sit and rest meself by gosh** and that was bad enough. I should think the city police had a right to ask loungers to move on.—l am, etc., A WOMAN.
