HOSPITALS ARE VISITED BY GOVERNOR-GENERAL.
Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, April 2. The sick and aged claimed the attention of the Governor-General, Lord Bledisloe, and Lady Bledisloe throughout to-day. In the morning they visited Auckland Hospital and the Auckland Infirmary, and in the afternoon the Evelyn ' Firth Home and Veterans’ Home. Everywhere their Excellencies showed the greatest possible interest in what they saw. The vice-regal party left for Wellington by the Limited express to-night.
