TIMBALE OP BEEF. Boil about 6oz. thick, straight macaroni for about 10 minutes (it should not be cooked), drain and cut in pieces of one-third inch in length. Butter a plain mould, begin in the centre, and line bottom and sides with the macaroni, cut side to the tin; use a hatpin or skewer. 1 teacup chopped cooked beef, 2oz. cooked chopped ham,, a few chopped • mushrooms, 1 teacup crumbs, a little nutmeg. 1 gill milk or stock, salt, pepper, 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon cream.
