THRILLING WAR DRAMA SCREENED AT MAJESTIC.
The season of “The Sky Hawk,” the thrilling war drama of the air that proved such a popular attraction last week at the Majestic Theatre, has been extended. There are very realistic ll3'ing scenes in the picture which is based on a simple, but .appealing story, and many humorous touches offset the grimmer side of war. A feature of the film is that the players have perfeot English-speaking voices. “Chap Called Bardell,” by Llewellyn Hughes, is the story upon which the film has been founded. The part of Lieutenant Bardell is taken by John Garrick, opposite whom plays the popular Helen Chandler. There are some fine views of a. great Zeppelin carrying its many German passengers over England’s capital. and letting loose bombs which shake t.he city*. The supporting items are a good and well varied lot.
