LEAGUE TRUSTEES TO TAKE COURT ACTION.
The trustees of Monica Park, Messrs E. G. M’Cullough, E. L. M’Keon, and . Hr H. T. J. Thacker, are seeking through the Supreme Court an order that all real and personal property of the Canterbury Rugby Football League be sold and realised to pay all debts of the League, which include those of the trustees. A writ 4% to be served on Mr J. K. Worrall, chairman of the League. The realisation of the assets . is subject to two leases, one to Stadiums (Christchurch) Limited, and one to one Lottie Dale.
Plaintiffs ask that, when the amounts are paid, they should be relieved of their duties as trustees.
