CENSORSHIP NOT WANTED IN SAMOA.

REPORTS OF FRACAS SAID TO BE WRONG. Per rress Association. WESTPORT, January 5. In a radiogram to Mr H. E. Holland leader of the Labour Party, which was delivered on Saturday evening. Mr A. Hall Skelton, barrister, of Auckland, says that he was an eye-witness of the affair at Apia on the previous Satur day, and he asserts that the official re ports sent out from Samoa are incor rect. He further declares that grave charg es are pending, and adds that the Ad ministrator is withholding from transmission Press messages containing a true account of what happened. Mr Holland yesterday telegraphed to Sir Joseph Ward urging that censor ship be lifted in order that full infor motion from all sources may be avail able to the public in New Zealand.
