FULL COURT WILL DECIDE COAL CASE.
JUDGE BEEBY S ORDER CHALLENGED BY MINERS. (United Press Assn.— By Electric Telegra ph.—Copyrigh t.) SYDNEY, January 3. His Honor Mr Justice Rich to-day referred to the Full Bench of the High Court the application challenging the validity of Judge Beeby’s order for the re-opening of the coal mines at prestoppage rates. The High Court will sit at Melbourne on Tuesday, and it is likely that judg ment on the application will be delivered on the following Monday.
