NEW PROGRAMME AT THE OPERA HOUSE.
A complete change of programme will be effected at Fuller's New Opera House to-day, commencing with a special holiday matinee at. 2.30 p.m. With that bright and most popular company, Jim Gerald’s Revue, now commencing its second week here, patrons are assured of an enjoyable and amusing show*. The new programme, which is said to be better and brighter than ever, is a snappy and fascinating show. The first half of the programme will introduce another series of “Bright Ideas,” an array of delightful musical numbers, clever dancing, vaudeville items and comedy sketches. The big attraction on the bill is Jim Gerald’s greatest success, “Oh, Mum!” a pantomime revue pi*esented In one act and five scenes. In this production Jim Gerald is said to be at his best, portraying a garrulous old woman with a numerous family. “Oh, Mum!” will be presented nightly this week, with the usual matinee on Saturday. The company is now playing to crowded houses, And reservations are recommended. These may be made for to-day’s performances at the New Opera House confectionery shop from 9 a.m.till seven o’clock this evening.
