CHINA TO TAKE OVER ALL FOREIGN STEAMERS.

An important decision involving another step by the Nationalist Government—a proposal completely to eliminate foreign enterprise in China—was taken in Nanking, when the Administrative Council adopted a proposal to take over within the next year all the foreign steamship companies operating on Chinese internal and coastal trade routes.
