HURRICANE ADVANCING ON FIJI ISLANDS.
GLASS FALLING AND YACHT PUTS TO SEA
(United Press Assn.—By Electrlo Telegraph—Copyrigb t.) (Received December 10, 2.5 p.m.) SUVA, December 10. A storm in the north-vest is believed to be curving back and will strike Fiji. The glass reads 29.50 degrees and is falling. The hurricane signal has been hoisted. The yacht Pion e er is holding out to sea and will anchor a hundred miles south. Rotuma reports a heavy gale of wind at 9.10 a .m. The storm covers a wide area.
