Per Prees Association AUCKLAND, December ' In the Supreme Court Eleanor Benson Platt and William Platt appeared before Mr Justice Smith for sentence on a charge of making a false declara tion for their marriage, the girl being under age. The girl was ordered to come up for sentence if called upon, and the man was admitted to six months’ probation
