ORGAN RECITALS.
Dr Bradshaw will give the last two organ recitals of the series at the Anglican Cathedral on Tuesday next and on Thursday, December 19, at eight o'clock. The final recital will consist of Christmas music. On Tuesday next the following programme will be played:—Toccata, Adagio and Fugue in C major (Bach); Minuet from the Pianoforte Sonata in E flat (Op. 31) (Beethoven); Finale of Sonata Eroica, “Verdun" (Stanford); Meditation from “Thais” (Massenet): Ride of the Valkyries from “Die Walkure,*’ for full orchestra (Wagner); Intermezzo in I> flat (Hollins); Minuet in G for the Pianoforte (Paderewski); Toccata in G major (Dubois).
