FARMER APPEARS ON INTOXICATION CHARGE. Per Press Association. TIMARU, December 7. At the Magistrate’s Court James Robb M’Cully, a farmer, of Seadown, on a charge of being drunk in charge of a motor-car, was fined £2O, and his license was cancelled till December 31, 1930. For supplying M’Cully with drink, knowing him to be prohibited, Maurice John Harnett, a farmer, of Seadown, was fined £lO.
