Fruit Cups.—lngredients: Two bananas, two sweet oranges, one tangerine orange, one dessert apple, two tablespoonfuls of lemon syrup. Peel and slice the bananas, peel one orange and the tangerine, remove, pith and pips and cut the fruit into small pieces, peel and core the apple and slice it thinly. Mix all these fruits together, pour over the strained juice of the maining orange and the lemon syrup. When required, half fill fruit or custard glasses with the fruit, to£> with lemon ice-cream or custard or a little whipped cream. For lemon custard prepare as for lemon ice-cream but add only half the quantity of sugar.
