MAIREHAU ROAD RACE.
Twcnt v-flvc riders started in a. twenty nvlco road race this afternoon. The r:.'-o wa i promoted by the Mairehau Sports Club and was decided around a block of approximately two and a half miles, the course being traversed eight <• Bcarman (6mm) and J. Jones (TnVin) led for most of the distance, and owing to a misunderstanding - they pulled up with a lap to go. Jones went o-i and won by eighteen seconds.
