SENIOR TOURIST TROPHY RACE WON WITH FAST TIME.

The Senior Tourist Trophy race in the Isle of Man to-day attracted fortyseven competitors, and huge crowds lined the roads to witness the event. The race was won by:— C. P. Dodson, on a Sunbeam, in 3hr 39min 59sec. A. Bennett, on a Sunbeam, was second in 3hr 44min 47sec. Tyrell Smith, on a Rudge Whitworth, was third in 3hr 45min 37sec. The winner averaged a speed of 72.05 miles an hour.—British Official Wireless. The Junior Tourist Trophy race was held last Wednesday, at the Isle of Man, and resulted in a win for F. Hicks, riding a Velocette cycle lubricated with the new Mobiloil. The Junior Tourist Trophy race is a race for light machines, all engines having to be under 350 c.c. The Heavy-weight Tourist Trophy is to be held to-day.
