PROFESSOR GIVES INFLUENZA WARNING,
AUCKLAND, June 14. A M*arning that influenza might become epidemic in six weeks or two months was given by Professor Fitt at a meeting of the Australasian Association for Psychology and Philosophy, held at Auckland University College. He said he had been studying the cycle of influenza epidemics for a number of years, and was convinced that cne would occur about the time he had mentioned.
“ I intend to bring the matter before the public health Professor Fitt added. “I would advise people to take more than their usual amount of sleep, and do everything else thev can to strengthen their powers of resistance.”
