£736 DAMAGES GIVEN IN COLLISION CASE.
Per press Association. HAMILTON. June 15. Judgment for plaintiff for £736 was given in the Supreme Court in a case in which Francis Oliver Ilewitson, a cycle dealer, cf Te Kuiti, sought from H. G. Tetzlaff, carrier, of Kinohaku, £ISOO damages. The case arose out of a collision between a motor-cycle ridden by plaintiff and a lorry driven by defendant. Plaintiff suffered injuries to his head and a kneecap.
