CALL TO REV A. M’NEUR FROM ST GEORGE’S CHURCH.
The congregation of St George’s Presbyterian Church, Linwood, unanimously decided at a congregational meeting last evening to call the Rev Alexander M’Neur to the office of minister of the church.
Mr M’Neur. who is one of five brothers, all of whom are ministers of the Presbyterian Church, is at present at St Andrews, South Canterbury. Prior to that he was at The Ridges, Southland. During the war he served with the Mounted Division in Palestine.
